We understand that every parent and baby is unique, and what works for one family may not work for another. Some parents may prefer the convenience and opportunity for rest that comes with utilizing the nursery, while others may feel more comfortable having their baby with them at all times. Whatever your preference, our goal is to support you in creating a postpartum experience that feels right for you and your family. Our nursery is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for newborns, allowing parents to rest and recover while knowing their baby is in good hands.
Our nursery staff are specially trained and dedicated to providing gentle and attentive care to every baby, from soothing techniques to diaper changes and feedings.

It’s crucial for parents to prioritize self-care to support their recovery and well-being as they adjust to life with a newborn. The physical demands of the postpartum period are often underestimated, yet they are significant and require careful attention and support. Understanding the physical challenges of breastfeeding, we also offer additional massages, including specialized breast massages, to relieve engorgement, stimulate milk production, and address blocked ducts.
Postpartum emotional challenges like baby blues, stress, and anxiety are common for both parents. We offer a safe, nurturing environment where parents can express their emotions and receive compassionate support. Group social events foster community, allowing parents to share their experiences and form connections with others on the same journey.

These meals play a crucial role in nourishing and replenishing the body after childbirth, providing essential nutrients to support healing and lactation. Postpartum recovery meals are specially designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of new mothers, who require extra energy and nutrients to recover from the physical demands of labor and delivery, as well as to support the production of breast milk. Additionally, these meals can help combat fatigue, boost mood, and aid in hormonal balance during the postpartum period. By prioritizing nutritious and balanced meals, new mothers can support their overall health and well-being as they adjust to life with a newborn.

Currently, we offer both 3-day and 6-day retreats to cater to your individual needs. The length of your stay depends on the level of support and relaxation you're seeking. A 3-day retreat is ideal for a quick reset, offering time to bond with baby while healing. For those looking for a more immersive experience, the 6-day retreat allows for deeper relaxation and recovery, giving you more time to fully benefit from our services and heal. Regardless of the length of your stay, you'll receive the full range of educational support we offer, including sessions on breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum mental health, nutrition, and physical recovery.
