While bookings can be made at any time, we recommend securing your reservation with us around the 5-month mark of your pregnancy to ensure availability. Postpartum parents are welcome to stay with us, with or without their baby, for up to 6 months after the baby is born. We understand that each family's circumstances are unique, and we are here to accommodate your preferences and any medical needs that may arise.
-
Currently, we offer both 3-day and 6-day retreats to cater to your individual needs. The length of your stay depends on the level of support and relaxation you're seeking. A 3-day retreat is ideal for a quick reset, offering time to bond with baby while healing. For those looking for a more immersive experience, the 6-day retreat allows for deeper relaxation and recovery, giving you more time to fully benefit from our services and heal. Regardless of the length of your stay, you'll receive the full range of educational support we offer, including sessions on breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum mental health, nutrition, and physical recovery.
-
Our cancellation policy allows for refunds if cancellations are made at least 8 weeks before the reservation date. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 8 weeks before the reservation date. Guests who fail to show up will be charged for the entire duration of their booked stay.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or loss, guests will receive a full refund.
For guests with babies in the NICU, we offer flexibility to adjust their reservation once their baby has been discharged from the hospital.
